Shipping transit times begin the day after the order is picked up by Fed Ex. Orders placed during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday, barring holidays. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 business hours of placing the order – please allow time for processing. Please remember Saturday and Sunday are not business days. When hot weather is upon us, we will modify our available shipping methods to make sure you receive your product in good shape. Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any valid reason. There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee. Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. Fees vary for one-hour deliveries, club store deliveries, and deliveries under $35. Delivery fees start at $3.99 for same-day orders over $35.
